AAConcierge is a daughter company of the Swiss real estate firm A&A Liegenschaften and was founded with the main purpose in mind to optimise the operation of our own projects. Our properties are not open for bookings indefinitely. If you cannot see availability for a particular period in the future, it is very likely that we are not yet accepting reservations for that period. You can always email us in such cases and we will put you on the list of people we will inform as soon as a particular period becomes available for bookings.
Why can't I see availability for specific dates?
If the accommodation is not available for bookings, it is most likely already booked. However, in certain cases, your search settings may not take into account the guidelines or restrictions that apply to certain accommodations. For example, most of our accommodations have a minimum stay of 2 nights or sometimes even more, depending on other circumstances.
Cancellations
All reservations made via aaconcierge.com are subject to a certain cancellation policy that will be very transparently visible during the process of reservation making. You can cancel your reservation free of charge as long as it is according to the policy. Keep in mind that there is a credit card charging fee of 4% which will always be deducted from the refund even when the cancellation has been made on time.
Reservation change
In case you would like to alter your reservation in any way, please contact us directly over the live chat on the website or the live chat inside the aaconcierge app and we will take care of this. Please note that these changes can only be made for reservations that are still within the cancellation period.
Will my credit card info be stored?
The credit card details are not stored by us in any form at any time, which is why, for example, if you book an additional service for a fee during your stay, you will have to enter the credit card details again.
Why do I have to check-in via app?
All our accommodations work with digital check-in via our aaconcierge app. The same information is requested as for a traditional check-in at a reception in order to comply with the applicable laws. Your data will not be sold or used for advertising purposes, which you can read in the terms and conditions and privacy policy. In order to be flexible and to ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend that you complete the registration within the app before your arrival.
